Terms of Service

By reading this carefully, you agree to my services. I have a right to refuse any commissions, requests and whatnot for breaking contract rules. Violating these terms will have you blacklisted.
Do not use my artwork for AI usage and/or NFT usage. I do not support that, and it could damage my work.Agreeing these terms mean you will use these pieces as personal, non-profit purposes. Discussion must be had to confirm or deny marketing posts. Please credit me for doing the piece.DO NOT claim pieces as your own or edit done pieces.
DO NOT attempt to sell my art on Redbubble or other sites unless it is under my own profile. Please report it to me and the site for removal if seen.
DO NOT trace or use as a base, unless base is provided.
DO NOT crop or edit out my signature nor edit a piece in general without permission.
You may use my art for profile photos, backgrounds, ect. unless it is a commissioned piece. Credit me if you do use a non-commissioned piece.
You may print off your commission piece to frame it.
DO NOT use my art for profile photos if you are in drama and/or support hateful/illegal/problematic things.
If you are a voice actor/actress wanting to commission me for a print to sign, you may use it for signatures as long as my watermark/signature is not removed in any shape or form.
If you buy an adoptable or a character sheet, you may distribute and sell it as you please. That is your property, as long as the art credit is linked back to me.By commissioning me, I have the right to post your piece on my socials. NSFW pieces will be cropped accordingly. You must be 18 or older to commission NSFW pieces.
I have a right to refuse or turn down any commissioner if it makes me uncomfortable or I am unable to do it. If I cannot finish a piece, you will receive a percentage of a refund, depending on how far I've gotten.Clients will receive WIP (work in progress) over time. You may request up to 3 changes before finalizing a piece. Any additonal changes will be a $1 extra. Please be patient. If you haven't received an update, please message me.All files will be sent over Gmail. You are responsible for saving the piece and any information given. If a file is corrupted, please let me know. Files may be deleted on accident or have an error on my end, which will give you a full refund.If you have questions, feel free to ask.
